Is anyone really surprised? GameFreak have always given hints regarding possible features/plot points/etc. for the future games. NGL though, I totally forgot about this one relating to the Dreamworld in Gen V (aka the best feature ever put into a Pokemon game).

as promised, here listed are the 11 chocolate frog cards and the places where you can find them… in some moments you will find 2 cards but most only have 1 card in them…
